PU synthetic flooring (SBR 10mm and 12mm), PVC vinyl flooring (4.5mm and 6.5mm), and wooden flooring in Canadian maple, North American maple, African teak, and Indian teak. We recommend the right surface after assessing your site, sport, and usage intensity.

What flooring options are available for outdoor courts?

Accepted Answer

ITF certified acrylic synthetic (5-layer and 8-layer with cushion), FIFA Quality Pro synthetic turf for football, EPDM rubber for multi-use and athletics, and PP tile systems. All outdoor surfaces are UV resistant and engineered for Indian monsoon conditions.

Do you do a site visit before quoting?

Accepted Answer

Always — without exception. Soil type, drainage conditions, and existing infrastructure all affect the build approach and cost. The site visit is free with no obligation. We will not issue a final quote without seeing the site.

How long does construction take?

Accepted Answer

Single court: 6 to 8 weeks. Multi-court facility (3–6 courts): 10 to 16 weeks. Full complex (8+ courts): 20 to 32 weeks. Timeline is confirmed in writing after site assessment — we do not commit to deadlines we cannot keep.

Which international standards do your surfaces comply with?

Accepted Answer

BWF for badminton, ITF for tennis, FIBA for basketball, FIFA Quality Pro for football, BCCI for cricket, and WSF for squash. Compliance documentation is provided on handover.

Question 6

Do you handle LED lighting as part of the project?

Accepted Answer

Yes. LED floodlighting design, supply, and installation is included in our scope. We produce a photometric plan before installation to ensure shadow-free coverage across all court zones at the lux levels required by the relevant sport standard.

Question 7

Can you resurface an existing court instead of building new?

Accepted Answer

Yes — resurfacing and renovation is a dedicated service. We assess the sub-base, document the existing condition, and restore to international standard using certified materials. All resurfacing work carries a written structural warranty.

Can you match a cheaper quote from another contractor?

Accepted Answer

If the specifications are genuinely equivalent — same surface thickness, same certified material, same sub-base preparation — yes. Send us the quote and we will give you an honest comparison. Cheaper quotes almost always use thinner surfaces, non-certified materials, or skip sub-base assessment entirely.
