Why do you show per-sqft pricing instead of a fixed price?
Court construction cost depends on the actual site: dimensions, sub-base condition, drainage, access, and location. Per-sqft pricing gives you a meaningful starting point. After our engineer visits, we issue a fixed-price quote — no hidden costs.
How accurate is the indicative pricing?
Within 15–20% before site assessment. After our free site visit, we issue a fixed quote that we hold to — no mid-project increases unless you change the scope.
Can I phase the project?
Yes. We design sub-base and drainage to accommodate future expansion. Phase 1 to Phase 2 additions are seamless if planned from the start — at no extra charge for the foundation design.
What's included in the quoted price?
Sub-base, surface supply and installation, line marking, fencing (where specified), and first-year maintenance visit. GST is additional. Electrical and lighting are quoted separately unless specified.
